Background

I have held a lifelong interest in spirituality and energy healing.  Having the ability to sense and feel energy, from a young age, I found it quite confusing as a child not having the understanding as I now have as an adult and our multidimensional selves.   Which led me to  withdraw into myself in some pretty unhealthy ways, growing pains big time!!!  As with time and wisdom there is always a gift in ever challenging situations, which has given me a very rich understanding of what makes us tick from the inside. I will endeavour to share with you some of the many gems and discoveries that only deep inner exploration can give you. Mostly through my own  research and of course the wonderful teachers and guides that I have been fortunate enough to experience in their, living wisdom. 

 

Aspirations!

As a child I wanted to be a Medicine Woman or a Ninja!!! Always searching  and discovering more of the inner world fantasies.   How did this translate to my adult world?  Well, I got a little waylaid to begin with, working in a corporate field for most of my working career.  Never forgetting the inner exploration I also found time to immerse myself in diverse esoteric teachings for many years at Shanti Mission Harmony Centre in Australia.   Giving a very rich and invaluable background of teachings and techniques.  Reiki being my first introduction into energy healing, completing Reiki 1 & 2 in 2005, certifying as an Ignite Your Spirit Therapist in 2007, completing Teacher Training in 2010.  All forms of Dance and  Yoga being a huge influence since childhood ( a huge shout out to my Mum)  and a big thank you for introducing me to yoga.  Yoga has been an amazing foundation throughout my journey allowing me to tap into our innate physical wisdom.  I went to my first Kundalini Yoga class in 2001, and fell love with the depth of the spiritual teachings.  Certifying as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher  in 2009, and training as a BreathLIGHTbliss facilitator in 2013, offering life changing shamanic breathwork activations.

Currently based in Siem Reap, Cambodia has taken my teaching and healing work to another level.   Immersed again in another culture, previously spending time in India and Bali, the richness and aliveness of these diverse cultures is ever expanding the living wisdom that I navigate as I walk and breath, interweaving into this cosmic dance on life's journey.
